Speaking & Workshops
Presentations about the gap between understanding something and being able to act on it.
My workshops explore ADHD, the experience of time, and the growing role of AI in how people think and work. I bring these subjects into everyday situations: starting a task, keeping a future intention in view, or deciding whether a tool is helping you move forward.

AI & ADHD
Promise, peril, and practical guardrails
Co-presented with Megan Barnes Zesati, LCSW-S
AI can help organize a task while also making it easier to keep planning instead of beginning. This presentation examines that tension through the lens of ADHD, with attention to follow-through, judgment, and privacy.
Topics covered:
Distinguishing support that leads to action from another round of planning or reassurance.
Recognizing when a tool starts replacing the person's own judgment.
Using practical stopping points, including one concrete action after an AI exchange.
A deadline can be clear on a calendar and still feel far away until it is almost here. This workshop explores that mismatch, including the effort involved in starting, holding a plan in mind, and moving between tasks.
Topics covered:
The difference between clock time and the felt passage of time.
How energy, attention, and emotional load enter the experience of planning.
External cues, visible time, and smaller starting steps as topics for practical exploration.

Bring the conversation to your group
If these topics connect with your group's work, I welcome a conversation about a presentation. Tell me who the audience is, what you would like to explore, and your proposed timing and format.
