Frequently Asked Questions
-
Therapy is a collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and work through what feels difficult or confusing. Some sessions focus on understanding patterns, meaning, and context; others focus on practical skills for managing daily life. The pace and direction are shaped together, based on what feels most useful to you.
-
I primarily work with adults who are thoughtful, capable, and often carrying more internally than others see. Many people I work with identify as neurodivergent (including ADHD or autism), are navigating executive functioning challenges, or are experiencing burnout, overwhelm, or major life transitions.
-
Most clients meet weekly or biweekly. Session frequency is something we decide together based on your needs, goals, capacity, and what feels sustainable.

My fee is $125 per individual therapy session. I am a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Superbills are available for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

The brief consultation is a chance to talk through what you’re looking for, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no obligation to continue after the consultation.
-
You can start by scheduling a free consultation through the website. If we decide to move forward, I’ll provide next steps and paperwork prior to the first session.
-
The first session is an initial evaluation where we explore what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to work on. You’ll leave with greater clarity and at least one concrete place to begin.
-
I do not provide formal psychological testing or neuropsychological evaluations. I do offer structured, ADHD-informed and autism-informed therapy for adults who are curious about whether neurodivergence may be part of their experience.
This work may include validated screening tools, DSM-5-TR–guided clinical interviews, and thoughtful exploration of your history, strengths, and daily challenges. The goal is to make sense of patterns, clarify next steps (including when referral for formal testing or medical evaluation may be appropriate), and begin building strategies that work with your brain.
-
A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available. If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to ask during the consultation.
If you’re unsure where to begin, a brief consultation can help clarify next steps.
