Who this group is for
This group is for adults who have had some kind of support — therapy, IOP/PHP, skills work, self-reflection, or a harder season — and want help maintaining stability when the structure fades.
- You recently finished IOP/PHP and feel unsure what comes next.
- You have been in therapy before and are not sure whether you need to restart.
- You know coping skills, but using them consistently is harder than learning them.
- You want structured peer support without feeling othered.
- You want a grounded, therapist-led space to keep support in place.
What the group includes
- Therapist-led discussion and reflection
- Coping-skills review and practical application
- Support around routines, relapse-prevention, stress, and relationships
- Community resource discussion
- Space to clarify what kind of support may fit next

What this group is not
This group is not IOP/PHP, crisis care, medication management, diagnostic assessment, or a substitute for individual therapy when individualized care is needed. The consultation helps determine whether the group is a reasonable fit or whether another kind of support may be more appropriate.
