Psychotherapy Services

Individual & Couples Psychotherapy

I offer individual and couples psychotherapy for adults (18+) in Texas, available in person in Georgetown and via teletherapy statewide.

Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find more workable ways of moving through daily life.

My work integrates thoughtful exploration with practical support, with particular attention to executive functioning challenges, neurodivergent stress and burnout, emotional regulation, and relational patterns that shape how we connect and communicate, as well as questions of direction or meaning.
