Psychotherapy Services

Individual Psychotherapy

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults (18+) in Texas, available in person in Georgetown and via secure teletherapy statewide. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find more workable ways of moving through daily life.

My work integrates thoughtful exploration with practical support, with particular attention to executive functioning challenges, neurodivergent stress and burnout, emotional regulation, and questions of direction or meaning.
