Who this group is for

For adult men who want more intentional conversation and support around stress, relationships, work, identity, life transitions, and connection.

  • Talk honestly without turning everything into advice or fixing.
  • Support that is structured without feeling scripted.
  • No diagnosis or prior therapy experience required to express interest.

What happens next

  1. Start with the brief interest form.
  2. Andrew follows up by email.
  3. Free 15-minute fit consultation.
Group frame
Structured, therapist-led time for honest conversation and reflection — not a lecture, class, or advice-only space.

What this group is not

This group is not crisis care, mandated anger management, diagnostic assessment, medication management, or a substitute for individual therapy when individualized care is needed. The interest form is not intake. A brief fit consultation is completed before joining.

In-person interest

I am also gathering interest for an in-person Georgetown group. That option needs more responses before dates and times are set. If you prefer in-person, you can note that on the same interest form.
