I’m currently gauging interest in a virtual option for adults in Texas and an in-person option in Georgetown. Schedule and format will be shaped by responses.

Who this group is for
This group is for adult men who want more intentional conversation and support around stress, relationships, identity, life transitions, emotional shutdown, loneliness, and connection.

- You want support that is structured without feeling scripted.
- You want more than advice, but not a lecture or class.
- You want a group that is neurodivergent-affirming without making ADHD or autism the whole focus.

What this group is not
This group is not crisis care, mandated anger management, diagnostic assessment, medication management, or a substitute for individual therapy when individualized care is needed. The interest form is not intake. A brief fit consultation is required before joining.
